I am a full time mother of 3 wonderful kids (6, 4, and 1-year-old), who decided to follow her interest and passion after an 11-year career in the Corporate world. Leading a healthy lifestyle and spreading knowledge has always been one of my several passions in life. Sharing my knowledge and motivating people to do their best gives me a sense of fulfilment that I really enjoy. I am a firm believer in modifying your current way of living to achieve longer term sustainable benefits; in other words: I do not advocate diets and never encourage my clients to practice what they are not ready for and comfortable with.
